Our story

It all began in 2021 with Leo—the golden Labrador whose companionship changed the life of our founder Niharika Thakur.

As a first-time pet parent, she experienced the joy and challenges of raising a pet.

However, the journey also brought to the forefront a glaring realization: reliable, professional pet services were hard to find in India! —especially there was a lack of one central, trustworthy platform to connect pet parents with certified or recommended vetted service providers across India.
